The polls for the election to fill two (2) seats on the ARIN Board of
Trustees and eight (8) seats on ARIN Advisory Council open today at 09:00
EST, October 27, 2003. The polls close at 09:00 EST, November 3, 2003.

A brief biography and a link to submit or view statements of support for
each candidate are posted on ARIN's website at
http://www.arin.net/elections/bot/botbios.html and
http://www.arin.net/elections/ac/acbios.html.

You must be the designated member representative from a member
organization to vote. To cast your vote, go to ARIN's online voting booth
at http://www.arin.net/elections/votingbooth.html and follow the
instructions provided on each selection screen.

The online election is a two-step process.

Step 1. The designated member representative votes.

Step 2. The vote is confirmed by the designated member representative.

To confirm the vote, the designated member representative must respond to
a confirmation e-mail which is sent to the e-mail address of the
organization's designated member representative registered with ARIN.
Please note that once a vote is confirmed, ARIN will validate the vote by
determining that the voting organization is a member in good standing.
Only confirmed and validated votes will be counted. For more information
about membership status, please see
http://www.arin.net/membership/goodstanding.html.

Designated member representatives must cast their ballots prior to the
closing time of the polls (09:00 EST, November 3, 2003). All votes must be
confirmed by 12:00 EST, November 3, 2003.

Elections are an important tool for members to participate in ARIN's
operations and to help shape the course of IP addressing. So, don't put
off this important activity until the last minute. Vote now!
