[arin-announce] ARIN Advisory Council Election Results

The ARIN Bylaws require the ARIN Board of Trustees confirm 
the election results of the ARIN Advisory Council (AC).  
The ARIN Board of Trustees will meet on November 17, 2002, 
and the election results for the ARIN AC will be announced 
on Monday, November 18, 2002.
