To a lesser > extent whois. Sorry, I was a bit obtuse. I was trying to imply that as far as I know, there is no formal definition of "critical infrastructure" that is applicable across all regions. As an aside, this would appear to be another case of confusion between allocation policy and routing policy... Rgds, -drc
