I am actively reviewing this registry. Over the last few months I  
have had excellent support from a large number of people and have  
been able to remove most of the 1000+ assignments that were listed  
there. It is quite possible that the last 11 assignments are no  
longer actively used and can be returned. I am in contact with most  
of those organisations, confirming their status and hope to be able  
to update RFC 3330 as a result later this year.
