[ppml] the docmoc method of knoted thread removal

ppml has become an "in" place to be to air topics of interest in the addressing
community.  and as is true w/ many such "flash-mob" events, there seem to be a
few folks who dominate the consumption of bandwidth, creating knots in the
thread of discussion.

the tried/proven docmoc method of knot removal is to avoid reading postings
from the prolific and read posts from the occasional poster - the argument
here is to look for fresh points of view.

I appreciate Lucy's post and the pointers.
