[ppml] question on 2006-2 v6 internal microallocation

Jason, or whomever may know the answer to these quesions.

1. Does anyone know if this is an ISP and Network Provider wide problem?  Or is it more specific to certain ISP's or Networks that set their network up a certain way, or with a specific set of vendor equipment?

2.  I assume since this isnt offered as a solution it wont work, but could someone briefly explain why "V6 Private Space" wont work for this.  And when I say V6 private space I mean using the Site Local configuration/ address format.
