[ppml] Policy Proposal 2005-5: IPv6 HD ratio

Hello,

This policy proposal will be discussed at the upcoming ARIN meeting.  We
encourage you to voice your opinions regarding this policy on the mailing
list prior to the meeting so the issues can be discussed.

A similar policy was recently discussed at the APNIC meeting in Hanoi, and
it appeared that there was rough consensus at the meeting to move the HD
ratio portion of the APNIC policy back to the APNIC mailing-list for the
additional comment period per the APNIC policy process.   Consensus did not
appear to be reached on the end-site subnet size of the APNIC policy (ARIN
policy proposal 2005-8).
