[ppml] New Policies Ratified

The following policies were ratified in the ARIN region and take
effect January 22, 2004:

2003-13 6 Month Supply of IP Addresses

2003-14 Remove /13 Maximum Allocation

The following policy was ratified in the ARIN region and will be
forwarded to the ASO AC for consideration:

2003-12 IANA to RIR Allocation of IPv4 Address Space

The following policies were ratified in the ARIN region.  The
implementation of these policies is pending the ARIN Board of
Trustees' review of a new fee schedule that will have an impact on
these policies. 

2002-3 Address Policy for Multi-homed Networks

2003-15 IPv4 Allocation Policy for the Africa Portion of the ARIN Region

These policies were created in accordance with ARIN's Internet
