Want IP Address range- zone wise

Hi,

I want some information about IP Address range.

I want to detect with the help of IP address from which country / zone the 
user has come. So I want info something like this -

ip addresses  from .. to .. are used for USA OR
ip addresses   from .. to .. are from UK etc
