We disagree with recent restrictions on ip allocation aimed at attacking the "littlehosts"

Could you expand on this.  I've followed this entire thread
pretty closely, I believe, though I still don't understand 
what you're referring?  Perhaps a bit more elaboration would
be of benefit?
