I can not imagine that ARIN will make it with
Network Solutions, Inc. and USC/ISI personnel
driving the process.

Surely the U.S. Government investigations will
uncover the problems in that solution. The NSF
may not be capable of managing the situation
but other government agencies have more experience
in these areas.
