Yes, but the lesson is that the new calculation does not support the
black helicopter theories very well.  Also, it is instructive to note
that these are RIPE's new rates, which have been lowered from the old
start-up phase rates as income and costs stabilized.

And I have ridden in Daniel's car, and it is not a Mercedes; though
David's bike did look pretty fancy.  And Geert Jan's five year old
DELL laptoy was probably financed with blood money from the small
innocent ISPs and probably has unfolding propellers and a gun mount.
