ARIN - sell vs. lease vs. ???

Webster's tells me that ensure means "to be certain of" and that insure
means "to be certain of" or "to cover with insurance". In this case, I am
using insure to mean "to be certain of", so I guess they are synomyms in 
this case.

[I won't start a discussion about "ensure", the nutritional suppliment:-).]
