Tim, I don't my accountant how to cook, why do you want to tell the DoJ how to build a better routing protocol. If you've got anything to share, you should share it with the technical community. If you put together a paper and a verifiable simulation that is accepted by the academic community, you'll be a star. I welcome any significant forward leaps in our technology. Now put up or shut up.
