Hi John,

Nothing but ARIN internal politics stops you from offering an IRR+RKPI
service independent of the registration service. Heck, 13 of the 18
IRRs already do.

For that matter, nothing stops any of those 13 IRRs from publishing a
trust anchor and offering RPKI services. I wonder that none of them
do.
