What on earth are you talking about? Please, this is not composition class. If you want to consult us on something, please state what the issue is in plain English with *FULL SENTENCES* not just one phrase copied from a point form list that was written on somebody's memo pad during a meeting. While you are at it, model the consultation query on policy proposals. Instead of a RATIONALE section, give us a BACKGROUND section. I did a search at ARIN's website for "whois query limit" and found nothing to indicate what you are talking about. Perhaps a single query returns no more than 256 results? Perhaps an IP address is limited to 256 queries per day? Perhaps it is something else. Please repost this query properly and restart the discussion time period. --Michael Dillon
