[arin-tech-discuss] Status of December and January OT&E Refreshes

Hi Everyone.

The December OT&E refresh will be pushed back two weeks to 18 December. The refresh, when it happens, will also include a software update.

The January OT&E refresh will be pushed back one day to 2 January, due to the New Year holiday.
