The information regarding ARIN's OT&E environment is summarized at https://www.arin.net/resources/ote.html, and it points out that: "To request access to OT&E, log into your ARIN Online account and use Ask ARIN to request access to the environment using "Other" as the message topic. Once vetted, ARIN will grant OT&E environment access and send additional usage instructions. ARIN encourages all OT&E users to subscribe and participate on the arin-tech-discuss at arin.net mailing list for information sharing and outage information." OT&E access is restricted via an ACL to specific client addresses or ranges. It will be a requirement for any client wishing to access OT&E to request such access via the "Ask ARIN" feature in ARIN Online. If you're able to access OT&E via IE9 on a particular client but cannot access it using another browser on the same client (using the same IP address), please advise. If yes, they are same address. We thought about it might be the issue. We use one machine which has a fine browser to hit your www.arin.net. Your www.arin.net has an ip showed. We also used the machine which has "bad" browser to hit www.arin.net. You home page shows same ip address for both machines. And there is another reason I think it is not because of the ip address. Your http://www.ote.arin.net does not require "good" ip address in your list, doesn't it? Hi Sean, As a follow-up.... Greets, Sean and Matthew: Thanks for the info, Matthew! The results you were getting are consistent with what happens when you attempt to use OT&E services but haven't been granted access from your client. FWIW, I have confirmed that all OT&E services are up and running, and available via a wide variety of browsers on multiple OSes (browsers included Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE, w3m, curl, and wget), when accessed from a permitted client. Sean, I believe that the issue that you're having is related to access issues. Sean: please contact us via "Ask ARIN" for one-on-one communication so that we can best address your access needs. We succeeded. So just FYI. Hope it is helpful information for you. Thanks Sean Zhao sean.zhao at centurylink.com -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
