If so, you might need to just pick up the phone and call them. 703-227-0660 Probably faster than a mailing list. --Heather ________________________________ From: arin-tech-discuss-bounces at arin.net [mailto:arin-tech-discuss-bounces at arin.net] On Behalf Of Zhao, Sean Sent: Friday, May 18, 2012 11:07 AM To: 'arin-tech-discuss at arin.net' Cc: Colford, Beth; Grimes, Ronald; Mazzella, John; Keely, Brad T.; Boda, Nalini Subject: [arin-tech-discuss] Arin is blocking CenturyLinks swip email. From brak at gameservers.com Tue May 29 15:17:27 2012 From: brak at gameservers.com (Brian Rak) Date: Tue, 29 May 2012 15:17:27 -0400 Subject: [arin-tech-discuss] Get Reassignment Report API Message-ID: <4FC520C7.9020109@gameservers.com> I have two questions regarding this API (/rest/report/reassingment/X): 1) Why XLS? Is there any chance we can get another argument added to just attach a raw CSV file to the ticket, instead of XLS? 2) Is there a similar report for IPv6? Having this report is very, very handy for making sure all our reallocation records are up to date :) Thanks, Brian Rak From dhuberma at arin.net Wed May 30 12:03:26 2012 From: dhuberma at arin.net (David Huberman) Date: Wed, 30 May 2012 16:03:26 +0000 Subject: [arin-tech-discuss] Get Reassignment Report API In-Reply-To: <4FC520C7.9020109@gameservers.com> Message-ID: Hello Brian, Thank you for your questions. Thinking back to when we designed the reassignment report functionality, I think we anticipated the report would mostly be used for double checking the data. Since XLS is a common file format and since we thought it was a pretty good way to present the data, we chose XLS. If you'd like CSV output, we can certainly accommodate that. We haven't yet developed the tool to review IPv6 networks. If this is something the community has interest in, we can certainly accommodate that, too. Both of these changes require some time and effort to develop and deploy, so if these are enhancements you'd like to see ARIN work on, please submit a suggestion in our suggestion box: https://www.arin.net/participate/acsp/index.html Thank you!
