Description: For SMS2FA, automatically focus the entry field for the token after sending.

Value to Community: I usually get about halfway through typing in the token before I realize that the stupid input field isn’t focused and I’m typing god knows where. There’s really no rational reason for this. Once the token is sent, there’s no more rational place to put the keyboard focus than the token entry field.
