[ARIN-Suggestions] Six ACSP closings on 14 September

As of ARIN's software deployment on 12 September 2015, ARIN has restored 
some opt-in email functionality for those who do not wish to rely solely 
on the ARIN Online Message Center. Now ARIN Online users can elect to 
receive notifications that are posted to the Message Center via email. 
These emails will not include any attachments, and follow-up 
communication must be conducted through the ARIN Online interface.

2013.27 – POC validation Messaging Destination:

As of ARIN's software deployment on 12 September 2015, initial POC 
validation messages will be sent to all email addresses associated with 
the POC that requires validation.

2014.4 – Support HTTPS for Whois-RWS:

On 12 September 2015, ARIN completed work to enable https for Whois-RWS.

2014.22 – Invoice Links in ARIN Online:

As of ARIN's software deployment on 12 September 2015, invoices are only 
displayed in red if they are past due.

2014.25 – Highlight Abuse Contact info in Whois:

As of ARIN's software deployment on 12 September 2015, abuse contact 
information is now displayed by default in all answers to directory 
service queries directed to https://whois.arin.net. This change in 
behavior does not apply to WHOIS over TCP port 43, RDAP, or Whois-RWS 
queries.

2014.29 – Enable SSL Support for whois.arin.net:

On 12 September 2015, ARIN completed work to enable SSL support for 
whois.arin.net.
