WHOIS info does not allow to put unique names on ASN's that are part of 
a range assignment. As we prepare to roll out a BGP-LU product it would 
be super helpful on several of our range allocations if we could place 
the name of the actual metro area being served.

Value to Community: reflect more accurate and useful information in the 
database.
