The suggestion and response text are provided below. This suggestion remains open and is available at: https://www.arin.net/participate/acsp/suggestions/2012-7.html Regards, Communications and Member Services American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) **** Suggestion: * As discussed at ARIN XXIX, please begin regular publication (on the ARIN website) of the distribution of netblock sizes within the remaining ARIN free pool. For example, the number of remaining contiguous /8's, /9's, /10's, etc. While real-time updates based on issued space would be ideal, a static page updated at least weekly would be sufficient. *Response:* ARIN will begin publishing the total available IPv4 address blocks by prefix size in the existing daily counter. The software already exists, but will need some adjustments in order to make this data publicly available. We should be able to get this done and published within the next thirty days. We will close this suggestion when the information has been added to the counter page. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... The suggestion and response text are provided below. This suggestion is now closed and is available at: https://www.arin.net/participate/acsp/suggestions/2012-10.html Regards, Communications and Member Services American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) **** Suggestion: * ARIN should, in addition to the current forms, publish the NRPM in plain text. There is a long history of plain text publication on the internet and all RFCs are still published in plain text. This format facilitates use of a number of available tools for comparing revisions and proposed policies against existing text which cannot be used so easily with HTML or PDF versions. *Response:* We have acted upon your suggestion to publish the current version of NRPM in plain text. You will find it available in the right hand navigation of the ARIN web page: https://www.arin.net/policy/nrpm.html Note that we will retain links to prior text versions in the change log, adding it to the column where we provide the link to the prior pdf version. Suggestion 2012.10 is now closed. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Regards, Communications and Member Services American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) **** Suggestion: * On page https://www.arin.net/public/secure/resources/editDsRecords.xhtml why do you not expect/allow the TTL field? Instead of my having to tick the resources for which i want to upload DS and then upload each DS, how about i upload the set of DS RRs and you figure it out? e.g. what i want to do should be really easy to decode from the appended. in fact, you are doing it already. 150.180.198.in-addr.arpa. 3600 IN DS 13214 8 2 e344586dae4fe751a4f7b6b18d987936723d0675ce4eb15a025507e5fea50150 151.180.198.in-addr.arpa. 3600 IN DS 35737 8 2 0a626edc3f88023143a0011ae2b42f9ea4dbd42322b535d748c72da6df83ab44 152.180.198.in-addr.arpa. 3600 IN DS 11675 8 2 5696e96697145b17c84dee11f94bd5b40e2287fa6edd50f295477e06fb4d6b46 153.180.198.in-addr.arpa. 3600 IN DS 30242 8 2 95fd299f567b5c7ad9be0567240af87f0ad308604adf52c41333a4a2fee206c7 230.83.192.in-addr.arpa. 3600 IN DS 37144 8 2 3284e9f1af641513dccf35d1d1204f02701e4b5c549a7d070a5b11da867a634b 206.133.198.in-addr.arpa. 3600 IN DS 4135 8 2 f42db05ed0d7e01607bba0a7cfdfbb2f2bc0f97dc8be33eafe5edbb00fc667ff -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
