[ARIN-Suggestions] Response to Suggestion 2011.37

[ARIN]

Today ARIN issued its initial response to ACSP Suggestion 2011.37 
regarding response capability for third party requests for WHOWAS data. 
The response had been added to the suggestion log and is available at:

This suggestion remains open until we have delivered the functionality 
to production.
