Hi, I have 2 questions. 1- Is it allowed to transfer IPv4 allocation to other members? Even in other RIR Regions? From ARIN to RIPE/APNIC? 2- Where can we offer our unused IPv4 addresses? Is there anyone who is paying for them? Thanks
