ARIN folks, can you tell us whether there have been any requests asking for a smaller minimum block size, as now permitted with the implementation of ARIN-2014-13, and specifically for /24 blocks? I've been watching the count of available /24s and they haven't been decreasing, but perhaps requests are still in the queue. Thanks, Bill.
