[arin-ppml] Advisory Council Meeting Results - March 2013

In accordance with the ARIN Policy Development Process, the ARIN 
Advisory Council (AC) held a meeting on 21 March 2013 and made decisions 
about Proposals and Draft Policies.

Having found the following Draft Policies to be fully developed and 
meeting ARIN's Principles of Internet Number Resource Policy, the AC 
recommended them for adoption. They will be posted shortly for 
discussion on the Public Policy Mailing List as Recommended Draft 
Policies and they will be presented at ARIN 31. These drafts may go to 
last call after ARIN 31:

   ARIN-2012-2: IPv6 Subsequent Allocations Utilization Requirement
   ARIN-2013-1: Section 8.4 Inter-RIR Transfers of ASNs

The AC accepted the following Proposals as Draft Policies. They will be 
posted separately to the Public Policy Mailing List. They are still 
under development. They will be presented at ARIN 31, but will not be 
eligible for last call:

   ARIN-prop-184 3GPP Network IP Resource Policy
   ARIN-prop-185 Tiny IPv6 Allocations for ISPs
