Hey... who knows...  if you want to roll out a  "limited access" beta
of a new service, or a new feature on an existing service, that is not
yet ready for 90% of the customer base,  perhaps you could utilize
requirement of  IPv6  support as the means of   limiting access.

E.g.  "New enhancements, service improvements,  and additional
features will be deployed as a technical preview accessible only to
IPv6 users first".
