Hm. I see an instantaneous grab of all remaining IPv4 space if Jeffrey has his way.

I personally feel that this would be irresponsible for ARIN to do, and that I've had to document individual assignments before and it simply wasn't that difficult to do. Any operating business knows who has assignments in which address pools. It's not hard to provide.
