As usual, some of my personal opinions about the AC's actions (and
some relevant context) are included inline below.  This one's pretty
short.  :-)

I already posted my opinion on this one.  While I oppose the current
text, I think it needs to be discussed in Philly.

Agreed.  In addition, it's worth noting that the IETF draft linked to
2011-5 seems to be moving along well through the IETF's process.
