That rule making would be in the minutes of the last or one prior to
last AC meeting, Leo. I won't apply a blanket judgment to your post,
but in this case I don't think that anyone is being secretive or
spilling ones dirty laundry. I believe it was prudent to mention it
all considered.  It would not be polite for a petitioner to believe
that they had 10 votes when they really only had nine as a result of
an AC member supporting their petition.

While we are not allowed to be counted in petitions as AC members, it
was specifically stated that we would be able to post support or
non-support.
