[arin-ppml] NRPM 2010.3 – New Policies Implemented

[ARIN]

A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been
published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2010.3 is effective 9
September 2010 and supersedes the previous version. NRPM version 2010.3
contains the implementation of the following policies:

2010-2: /24 End User Minimum Assignment Unit
2010-4: Rework of IPv6 allocation criteria
2010-6: Simplified M&A transfer policy
