a /28 is a rather large item... it should let them TE traffic decently
enough (inbound at least). I wonder though if the ipv4 mapped
addresses could end up with lots of odd internal traffic matrixes...
and thus smaller deployments could conserve intra-isp traffic
requirements?

Or maybe you can force traffic into native-v6 closer to the user edge
and cheat that way?
