[arin-ppml] Policy Proposal 123: Reserved Pool for Critical Infrastructure

It should be no surprise I support this policy in general, but I have no idea if a /20 is the right size or not.

I'm wondering if ARIN staff can tell us how much space was allocated under the critical infrastructure policy by year for the last 5 years?  Assuming the block wouldn't be huge, I'd like to try and hit a target of at least 5 more years worth of space for critical infrastructure.
