I'm confident that the AC and the Board will discuss these issues. 
However, do you have any suggestions for the "and the community" part 
above.  Did you intend something more than PPML for this?  Something 
more than PPML would be really nice, but I'm not sure what it can or 
should be.  If anyone has good ideas regarding this I would love to here 
them.
