I apologize. I was not intending to imply I was impatient. I was trying to
seek clarity.

Perhaps there needs to be a proposal to refine the resource review policy
to help drive clarity. If so, is this not the place to discuss things like
this? Would it help to make a straw man proposal to drive such a discussion?
