[arin-ppml] Apology requested from Christopher Mettin and the Gymnasium Querfurt High School

Joe Baptista baptista at publicroot.org

Once again I am forced to respond to allegations against me by Christopher
Mettin a representative of the Gymnasium Querfurt High School.

Produce those statement and evidence and evidence you claim to have.

There has been no document falsification by me nor have I ever claimed to be
an employee of the Public Root. The claim I was an employee of the alleged
British company was made by Mr. Mettin and not myself.

Mr. Mettin has claimed I falsified documents. This is a most serious claim
which is of course false, libelous, scandalous and defamatory. Mr. Mettin
kindly produce these documents you claim are false.

Furthermore the British company Mr. Mettin refers to above no longer exists.
It's registration was revoked by the Companies House registrar in England.

We received a dozen emails a day in September from Joe Baptista, I see no
> point why this should not be called spamming.

This is also a false claim by Mr. Mettin. I never sent dozens of emails a
day in September. Maybe at most 10 to 15 messages in total all of which were
correspondence with Mr. Mettin in which he was responding to my emails. If
Mr. Mettin wishes to challenge this I can produce all the emails I sent and
received.

That is exactly what I said - with the exception that I was under the
impression you had purchased it. I did not know you were "given" the domain
for education purposes. Non the less you are a TLD reseller as I and others
here have accurately pointed out and you have already confirmed.

They don't exist. This is another false claim. Nor is INAIC a New York based
company. As per my prior post the INAIC organization is incorporated in the
Netherlands and as their Chief Executive Officer Mr. Martijn Burger has
confirmed in writing the INAIC organization has no association with the
INAIC.com websites.

which see reference: http://bit.ly/61Anot

Furthermore the only association INAIC has with New York is a false postal
address at the Rockefeller Center given on their contact page at:

http://inaic.com/index.php?p=contact

Anyone wishing to confirm this may send some old fashioned snail mail to the
address and I guarantee it will be returned back to you as undeliverable.

And as mentioned above the Public Root registration in England was revoked
by the British government. So non of these companies are operation - at
least in the legal or commercial sense.

Their TLD and root services are widely known as alternative, even Wikipedia

Again a very false, libelous, slanderous and defamatory claim. There is no
Canadian court order against me that I have ignored.

In other words Christopher you'll continue to repeat the libel and slander
they have made against me.

No need for further reply from me and I consider this matter here closed. My
apologies to the members here for all the unnecessary OT.
