[arin-ppml] AC to work with proposal authors

On 17 October 2008 the ARIN Advisory Council (AC), acting under the
provisions of the ARIN Internet Resource Policy Evaluation Process,
determined that the following policy proposals need to be revised:

2008-7: Whois Integrity Policy Proposal

2008-6: Emergency Transfer Policy for IPv4 Addresses

2008-3: Community Networks IPv6 Allocation

2007-14: Resource Review Process

The AC postponed making a decision on the following proposals in order
to work with the authors with the intent to merge the proposals:

Annual WHOIS POC Validation
Whois POC e-mail cleanup
Whois Authentication Alternatives
