[arin-ppml] Policy Proposal: Annual WHOIS POC Validation -Revised

Good catch on the should vs shall Robert, I also agree with your
change of the first statement.  Here is what I have now:

Arin will validate each WHOIS POC at least annually.  Unresponsive POC
email addresses shall be marked as such in the database.  If ARIN
staff deems a POC to be completely and permanently abandoned or
otherwise illegitimate, the record shall be locked or deleted.
Following this validation each year, a list of address blocks with
zero valid POCs shall be made easily available to the community.

Is there anyone who prefers the version with more detail over this
potential version?
