[arin-ppml] What if we adopt policy that might negatively affect the RIRs organizationally

	it is worthwhile noting that the RIRs are you/us... Not 
	some organization that needs saving.  Its primary purpose
	is effective stewardship of numbering resources on behalf
	of the community (not just the members) ... so if you think,
	and can convince a majority of voting members, that ARIN
	should be rolled up - its not needed anymore - then make it
	so number one!
