[arin-ppml] ARIN address transfer policy
I am conducting a systematic analysis of the IPv4 Transfer Policy
Proposal (2008-02). I would like to know who drafted the policy in order
to ask questions (off list) about the rationale for certain features.
Also would like to know more about the process by which amendments are
proposed and implemented. Thanks,
