A step in the right direction. presuming (facts not in evidence) that address return/reuse will occur (your favorite "market" proposal goes here) - then we will see more and more interstitial gaps that are not covered by a /22 minimum allocation size. the -only- way to use them would be to then expand the "this is the reserved block for tiny spaces" to include those other parts of the v4 space -outside- the reserved block. and yes, heirarchical routing takes an arrow to the neck. --bill
