[ppml] Policy Proposal 2008-2: IPv4 Transfer Policy Proposal

Can I safely assume that your comments are AGAINST the proposal?

We on the AC would like to keep track of those favoring and against each proposal, as always.

i can't decide if this is merely amusing or should bother me.  i think i
will write it of to our being such a rule/process obsessed culture.
