If you announce that /32 then you are "using" the addresses > that you were allocated, as they were meant to be used. aha! clearly then you are enabling folks to forge packets w/ source addresses you are announcing but for which there is no PCB to accept/emit IP datagrams. announcement does not, IMHO, equate to use - at least in my network. --bill
