Thanks for a rational response.  I just walked away from the computer after
reading Ted's rant.  Suffice it to say that I was going to go off big time but
decided to count to a lot higher than 10 before responding.  I was not going
to be nearly as polite but since you managed a very gracious tone, I'll
refrain from offering a somewhat blunter opinion. (at least for now)
