there have been multiple references to the ways you can get involved at
various commitments on this thread. there are many, many tunnel brokers.
there are end user allocations for existing resource holders (i just got
mine for $500, hardly breaking the bank), there are several ipv4/ipv6
overlay addressing schemes, there is ULA, etc etc.

failure on your part to investigate the plethora of options and pick the
one that meets your fiscal and technical goals does not constitute a
failure on ARIN's stewardship of the space allocated to the region.

spend five minutes researching available options for every one minute
spent mailing ppml@ and you may find what you need has been ready for
you all along.
