I don't know of a glossary (maybe someone can put one up on the ARIN
site?)

ULA - Unique Local Address (google ULA central IPv6)
RIR - Regional Internet Registry (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC, AFRINIC)
NRO - Number Resource Organization (http://www.nro.net/)
ASO - Address Supporting Organization (http://aso.icann.org/)
MoU - Memorandum of Understanding - Memorandum of Understanding is a
document of agreement between 2 organizations. Without knowing the
context, it may be the agreement between the US Dept of Commerce and ICANN

Lee Howard once made a slide, that showed the relationship between various
organizations, registries, and Advisory councils. I don't think I have a
copy of it though.
