Indeed, most hosting companies that are also DataCenter companies would not. Most Web Hosting companies that are hosting a bunch of domains on shared server infrastructure, however, would. Most ASPs fall into this latter category, but, not all. It's all about how you reassign the addresses and topology, not business category.
