Not much because all the action will be over by then.
When the IANA pool is down to less than a year's 
supply, then the situation will hit the general
media. Stock market analysts will then start asking
companies what their IPv6 migration plans are and if
the company's plans are weak, their market value will
drop. The resulting pressure from shareholders and
analysts will cause an increase in demand for IPv6
connectivity and the demand for IPv4 addresses will
slow down.

It is entirely possible that IANA will never get to
the point where it has to allocate the last unused
/8 in IPv4. Also, the one year horizon is entirely
dependent on consumption rates. If IPv6 takeup is 
steady, it is entirely possible that we never get to
the point where we can say "Based on current consumption
rates IANA will have to allocate the last IPv4 /8 
sometime within the next 12 months.".
