I'm somewhat confused by this discussion: Is the intent to also disallow site multihoming using PA space? If I can obtain a /48 from one provider, and also announce it through one or more other providers, doesn't it use that same "routing slot" a PI assignment would use? If so, then why is this better than a PI assignment? If I can't do that, then it effectively prevents me from multihoming at all, which prevents me from using IPv6 in any meaningful way. Steve
